The Small Company Coalition (SCC) Privacy Policy describes the way SMALL COMPANY COALITION (SCC) protects, collects, and utilizes its customers’ and users’ personal information. Unless otherwise negotiated in writing between the parties, SMALL COMPANY COALITION (SCC) does not provide notice to customers or users of demands from law enforcement agencies regarding any violations of federal or state law.
